The Founder

Matthieu Delouvrier is 48 and is currently CEO and founder of Swensee. During his 20-year international experience, he has advised various governments and corporations in some 25 countries as an investment banker at Lazard Frères in Paris and then as a private entrepreneur. His responsibility has included international marketing and management, areas where the quality of contacts is crucial. He was active in the following fields: corporate strategy for international development, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, fund raising for private and sovereign bodies, public governance and negotiations with the IMF.

From his experience, he has been able to measure those values that truly matter, such as the importance of human relationships, respect of business ethics, individual privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations.

He is also Vice-Chairman of an NGO dedicated to State reform in France.

Henry Rey is 34 and currently development director of Swensee. Former banker at Crédit Agricole then at Fortis Bank, small and medium size companies specialist, he gave support to founders and CEOs in their financing and development strategies, including international matters.

He is also shareholder and member of boards of directors in Web 2.0 companies.
